Our company originate mortgages loans through the direct sourcing of our clients via online applications, direct calls, Realtors, and e-mailed referrals. Candidates must have the ability to assist prospective borrowers in the loan application process by assessing the borrower’s needs. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 Years’ Experience and have the ability to handle multiple priorities
Minimum 2 -3 years of Loan Officer experience
Familiar with automated underwriting and LOS systems
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Effective oral and written communication skills; excellent follow-up
Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce results
Detail oriented and well organized
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Creative/Innovative problem solver
Proficiency with Microsoft office suite; including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Process loan applications for all types of mortgage loans,
Work with applicants, loan officers and coordinate with lender, title and escrow officers to get the conditions cleared for closing.
Issue all disclosures in compliance with federal regulatory.
Monitor pipelines status for rate locks and all issues.
Maintain accuracy at all times.
Must have knowledge of working with standard mortgage software and general computer literacy.
Perform other duties as required.

Prior experience in mortgage loan processing is required.
High school graduate or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (word, excel, power-point.) Must be able to type 35wpm
