Candidates must have the ability to assist prospective borrowers in the loan application process by assessing the borrower’s needs. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 Years’ Experience and have the ability to handle multiple priorities
Job Requirements
NMLS Licensed
Minimum 2 -3 years of Loan Officer experience
Familiar with automated underwriting and LOS systems
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Effective oral and written communication skills; excellent follow-up
Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce results
Detail oriented and well organized
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Creative/Innovative problem solver
Proficiency with Microsoft office suite; including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
